Ford Motor is doing their vehicles through a web application platform for drivers to access streaming media and other smartphone applications.During the keynote on Thursday at the Consumer Electronics Show, Ford president Alan Mulally plans to show the latest high-tech interior Ford vehicles, including a redesigned driver, which allows the driver to access your smartphone applications through voice commands, the function of the synchronization software for your car. Cars equipped with the latest interface, Ford, called MyFord Touch will be available on some models this year, according to Ford.

Mulally is also scheduled to be announced connectivity options built off Ford's Sync software, which uses the Microsoft built-in car.
